Coyne Racing is now the 2011 Central Florida Region STL Points Champions. With only a few years of racing under our belt, and a not consistent race schedule, Coyne Racing has finally hoisted its first ever championship. With the hard work of John Coyne, crew chief, and Matt and Jennifer Coyne with the financial support, driver James Coyne was able to keep it on the track in a winning direction. The team took on Sebring International Raceway and Daytona International Raceway and bested themselves in lap times and consistency. Coyne Racing would like to thank everyone that was a part of this season and made it possible for us. Special thank you to Dawson Motorsports and John Scheffey for their continued on and off track support and couching.

Coyne Racing will be fielding the number 93 STL Volkswagen in the February "Cabin Fever" Races at Sebring International Speedway. Coyne Racing is honored to have Boy Scouts from local Tampa troops to join as Honorary Pit Crews for the weekend. We are very excited about this opportunity to work with the Boy Scouts of America and expose our sport to a much larger and younger audience.
